PlantSide collects information you choose to provide through the website inquiry form, such as your name, work email, organization and message. We use that information only to respond to your inquiry, communicate with you about PlantSide and maintain reasonable business records.

Website form submissions may be processed and stored by our website hosting provider. Email communications may be processed by our email provider. We do not sell personal information.

Do not submit confidential plant, employee, security, safety, commercial or other sensitive information through the public website form. Initial inquiries should stay general.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have provided by emailing info@plantside.ca, subject to legal and legitimate business-record requirements.

This notice should be reviewed with appropriate legal/privacy advice before PlantSide begins serving customers in jurisdictions with specific privacy requirements.
